* Open File Explorer and navigate to "C:\ProgramData\CrowdStrike" * Right-click on the "CrowdStrike" folder and select "Rename." * Change the folder name to "CrowdStrike_Old."

3. Restart in Normal Mode

* Restart your PC and boot into normal mode.
