Early Life and Education
Emmanuel Jean-Michel Frédéric Macron was born on December 21, 1977, in Amiens, France. He studied philosophy at the University of Paris-Nanterre, where he met his wife, Brigitte Trogneux.
Political Career
Macron began his political career as an advisor to President François Hollande. In 2016, he founded the centrist political movement En Marche!. He ran for president in 2017 and won, becoming the youngest president in French history.
Presidency
As president, Macron has implemented a number of reforms, including tax cuts, labor market reforms, and environmental initiatives. He has also played a key role in international affairs, particularly on issues of climate change and European integration.
Personal Life
Macron is married to Brigitte Macron, a former teacher. They have three children, two from Brigitte's previous marriage and one from their adoption.
